      Description

      After some review and usage we outline a few minor improvements to Promo Blocks that are needed to fully accommodate for of the requests:

      1. Add "Button text" field after Text field on Add/Edit form

      2. Make all 3 text fields (Title, Text and Button text) Multilingual

      3. Add Approve/Decline to Toolbar so it's easy to disable/enable without Editing
