Enable output compression by default

      Description

      In-Portal has nice feature, that allow to compress returned pages using gzip (when available on server and supported by client only).
      Problem is, that this setting is disabled by default and to enable it you need to scroll a lot on configuration page.

      I'm proposing to enable it by default.
