      Description

      In-Portal uses Libchart library (http://naku.dohcrew.com/libchart/pages/introduction/) to draw some In-Commerce order-related graphs.

      It seems, that library's developer have performed incorrect conversion of all PHP files, used in the library, resulting in broken UTF-8 symbols in each file.
