      Description

      In INP-826 task we've added a dedicated label prefix "lc_" to be able automatically identify phrases of "Both" type, that can be used on both Front-End and Admin Console.

      It seems, that we missed to add this prefix to some places in code, which also resulted in "lc_" phrases not being translated at all, when used inside error messages.
