Properly display errors for dropdown & date/time in custom fields

      The errors on category item custom fields of "dropdown" and "date/time" type were not displayed.

      Description

      Validation errors from custom fields aren't displayed properly (e.g. fields focus doesn't trigger error display). Also on each custom field display following error is triggered 2 times:

      Notice (#5): Undefined variable: block_name in ...\system\cache\core\admin_templates\incs\form_blocks.php on line 951
