      When doing CSV export of more than 100 records, then some of the records will never be exported.

      Description

      1. Use "SplFileObject::fputcsv" method for creating CSV files
      2. Don't perform BOM signature checking during category item export, because it moves file pointer resulting in 2nd step export records are overwriting export records created in first step
