Patch Instructions:
When a new user registers, then a website administrator receives e-mail about that. In that e-mail we display the username of a registered user.
Problem is that since we changed default user registration mode to the "by e-mail", then nobody is really forced to enter username and the administrator receives "" (empty quotes) instead of "UsernameGoesHere".
Plan
1. rename "u:UserSelectorTitle" to something more general
2. locate admin e-mails where Username is used
3. replace direct Username field usage in them with that tag name
