- add Status field to the "site-domain" unit with Enabled/Disabled options
- show the Status field in the "Site Domains" grid and editing form (as radio button)
- when site domain is disabled, then in grid its row will have:
- red background
- red icon
- disabled site domains should not be recognized by url processing code
