change default value for "Modified" field to "NULL"
show "Modified" and "ModifiedById" fields on the category item adding/edit page (after "CreatedOn" field) for all category items having these fields (e.g. link, topic, etc.)
show "Modified" and "ModifiedById" columns in all category item grids
move the code for populating "Modified*" fields from "\kCatDBEventHandler::OnAfterItemUpdate" into "\kCatDBEventHandler::OnBeforeItemUpdate" method (also at the bottom of the method)
