in the "\kDBList::GetWhereClause" method use the "\kDBList::extractCalculatedFields" method on the HAVING clause from the "search" and "custom" filters and merge the results with the WHERE clause of these filters

(refactoring) improve "\kDBList::extractCalculatedFields" method to immediately exit, when an empty SQL clause is given
