Need to Rename Themes in SVN to more meaningful:

1. "default2009" => "advanced" (with all corresponding changes within module).

This theme still should be included in distribution as before.

2. "test_theme" => "simple"

This should also became as part of Core and be included in the distribution.

Note that we'll be shortly add (next week) adding basic templates so it can be used with simple In-Portal installation.
