Special, used in tags has not effect for c/st prefixes

      There is other "no_special" parameter for Field tag, that means "don't apply htmlspecialcharts to that tag result", please don't confuse that no_special with this no_special.

      Description

      When I write <inp2:st.my-special_PrintList .../> then special is still auto-generated and when I ask it from list, then I'll won't get "my-special" anymore.

      Strange, but for "c/st" prefixes I should pass "no_special" parameter for this to work. Other prefixes work even without that parameter. Need to determine if "no_special" parameter for lists is still used somewhere and remove, in case if it's not used.
