Improvements to Image uploads on Add / Edit Item

Improve functionality for Image uploads on Add / Edit Item on the Front End.

1. add ability to Upload, Store and Update images in specific order (1, 2, 3 and so on)

2. add ability to specify/edit Alt tag for each image.
