We need the ability to enable/disable Language synchronization when needed.

For that we should have:

2 checkboxes (for Language) in same row with such field options:

and field name will be "Synchronize Language" [x] to others [x] from others

In result, if we have 2+ languages, we can mark off the ones that do NOT want to be used in 1 or 2 way synchronizations.
