Tag auto-complete functionality not working in AJAXDropdown control

      Description

      I recently tried to use AJAXDropdown control to auto-complete tags for tag cloud. There was no luck, since whole tag textarea text was sent to server for suggestions and not only the tag, where cursor was placed.

      Also it seems, that suggestions div position calculation doesn't include vertical scrolling.
