When you expand almost all of categories under "Structure & Data" (you need at least 15 categories on different deep levels to be expanded) and contents of one of that categories is shown in the right frame, then 99% is that you'll get some of categories shown 2 times:
1. in correct place
2. under "Tools" section in that tree
