      Description

      Consolidate IsIndexPage and SymLink for Categories functionality in one.

      Currently IsIndexPage is visible in DEBUG mode ONLY and has options – Regular, Category Index and Container.

      SymLink can replace this functionality with simpler Interfaces.

      Test and review final before implementing.

      Also we can incorporate external link processing (UseExternalUrl, ExternalUrl fields) into CategoryLink and CachedMenu tags, that will result less code in template to build actual menu and be more universal.
