Change icon on "Configuration > Custom > Output" section

Plan:

1. place attached icon to the "/modules/custom/admin_templates/img/icons/" folder under "icon24_conf_output.png" name
2. in place, where "Configuration > Custom > Output" section is declared use "conf_output" instead of icon name used in there currently
3. confirm, that icon is shown as expected
