After product quantity in the Shopping Cart were changed it was no longer possible to proceed to Shipping/Billing step.

- To submit patch via Command Line use Patches Workflow (via Arcanist) tutorial
- To submit patch via Web Interface use Patches Workflow (via Web Interface) tutorial

Add a tangible product to cart.
- Add the same product again > quantity change to 2.
- OR instead of adding another product, when in cart, change quantity and update cart.
Click on "proceed to checkout", you are redirected back to cart instead of billing/shipping step, with "Warning: Items quantities and/or order types in you cart have been updated. Please review the changes below before proceeding." message.
