      Description

      Plan:

      1. replace "BillingEmail" with "ShippingEmail" in the "in-commerce/elements/content_boxes/checkout/shipping_address.elm" template of "advanced" theme (2 places)
      2. in the "OrdersEventHandler::SetStepRequiredFields" method don't require "BillingEmail" (not even "ShippingEmail") on the "Shipping" step of checkout
