IMPORTANT:
Upgrade Notes

After upgrading to this version, please open Administrative Console,
Structure & Data -> Catalog section and click
the 'Rebuild Category Cache' button (an icon with a folder and blue arrows between Approve and Cut icons).

New features:
 - Catalog & Advanced View sections have been updated to adopt AJAX technology. As a result, managing categories, links, articles and topics became up to 5 times faster than before
 - Category Permissions manager interface has been updated to a clear and intuitive single-screen visual interface
 - GZIP output compression has been implemented (available when PHP is compiled --with-zlib)
