New features:
 - Shipping limitations allowing specifying the shipping types which can or cannot be used for shipping particular products
 - New status for shipping types allowing them to be used only for selected products (Can be used to enable free shipping for selected products)

Bug fixes
 - Backorder split-shipping type selection may have displayed two shipping type drop-downs, even when 'Ship all together' mode was selected
 - Quick order search in the administrative console worked only when search button was pressed two times
