1. Bug #0000362: We should move all module folders to new "modules" subfolder. 2. Fixes problem, that after upgrade from 5.0.3-B2 to 5.1.0-B1 all modules are marked with 5.0.0 version instead of 5.1.0-B1 version. INP-300
